How do I upload my pet's medical records?Updated 2 months ago

1. 1.   Log in to your Dutch account.
2. 2.   Under “My Pets,” tap “View Profile” for the pet you want to add records for.
3. 3.   Tap “Upload Medical Records” and select the file you want to upload.
