I paid for my medication but there is no tracking. Where is my medication?Updated a month ago

Once you check out and pay for the medication, your order is immediately sent to our pharmacy for processing. If your order does not have tracking information after 1-2 business days, your prescription may be held for further review by a pharmacist.  Some reasons for a held order:

New (First-time) medication orders:

  • Vet directions are unclear
  • Medication quantity, duration and strength is in question
  • your pet's weight is different than what is listed

For Refill Rx medication orders:

  • Your refill is too soon based on previous order ship date
  • You have used the max amount of refills

Our team proactively addresses all held orders but if you have any questions please contact us for an update!
