I paid for my medication but there is no tracking. Where is my medication?Updated 3 months ago
Once you check out and pay for the medication, your order is immediately sent to our pharmacy for processing. If your order does not have tracking information after 1-3 days, your prescription may be held for further review by a pharmacist. Some reasons for a held order:
New (First-time) medication orders:
- Vet directions are unclear
- Medication quantity, duration and strength is in question
- your pet's weight is different than what is listed
For Refill Rx medication orders:
- Your refill is too soon based on previous order ship date
- You have used the max amount of refills
