What happens if I move or change addresses after my consultation?Updated 8 months ago

If you’ve moved within the same state:

Simply update your address following the steps below and we’ll ship future orders to that address. 

  1. Log in at dutch.com/account.
  2. Tap “Profile” on the left side of the page.
  3. Click the pencil icon next to Address & Phone. 
  4. Update your address and hit “Save.”

If you move to a new state that allows virtual prescribing: 

Send an email to [email protected] to update your address. You’ll need to have a consultation with one of our vets licensed in that state to continue receiving prescriptions. 


If you move to a new state that doesn’t allow virtual prescribing: 

Send an email to [email protected] to update your address. We’ll have to pause any prescription orders until that state allows prescriptions via telemedicine.
