How can I schedule, change or cancel a vet appointment?Updated 4 months ago

When you purchase a membership just head to dutch.com/account and click "Book a Vet Call" and follow the steps to select a date and time that works for you!

When you schedule a video call, you’ll receive a confirmation email that includes a Zoom link and the date and time of your appointment. Just click the link to reschedule or cancel your appointment in the “Get ready for your appointment” section. Please make any changes to your appointment as soon as possible (preferably 24 hours before) so other pet parents can book that slot. No-shows may result in loss of membership.
