How can I schedule, change, or cancel a vet appointment?Updated 6 days ago
As a Dutch member, you can book unlimited vet appointments whenever you need them through your account.
To schedule a vet call:
- Log in at dutch.com/account
- Click "Book a Vet Call" at the top of the page
- Answer any necessary questions, then select a date and time that works for you.
After you book a call, you’ll get a confirmation email with a Zoom link, the date and time of your appointment, and a link to reschedule or cancel if needed.
To reschedule or cancel your appointment:
Click the link to reschedule or cancel in the “Get ready for your appointment” section of your appointment confirmation email.
Please make any changes to your appointment as soon as possible. We require at least 24-hours notice for appointment cancellation so other pet parents can book that slot.
Same-day cancellation policy:
There's a $25 fee for appointments cancelled with less than 24-hour notice.
There's a $25 fee for no-show appointments.
Repeated no-shows may result in loss of membership.
