What if my vet misses or is late to an appointment

Just like a local clinic, vets may be running late from their previous appointment.  Please allow 5 minutes before reaching out to your vet. If you're running into an issue you can message your vet directly by going to https://www.dutch.com/account#/

Why am I having difficulty accessing my memberhsip?
