If you're having trouble accessing your account, we recommend closing out of ALL of your browsers (including non-Dutch ones) and clearing your cache and cookies. Here's a quick article on how to do that for Chrome and here's one for Safari.
Once you've done that, try opening an incognito window in your browser and trying again.
