If you want to cancel the active insurance portion of your membership, you can reach out to [email protected] or Pets Best. Pets Best will send you a check with a prorated refund for the remaining balance of time. In order to continue offering unlimited vet care at such an affordable price, we don’t allow refunds for the non-insurance portion of your annual membership.
