How to get a price matched via email
- Before you order, send us an email with a screenshot of the retail price available at another U.S. pharmacy to care@dutch.com.
- We’ll send you a promo code to match the price that you can enter at checkout.
How to get a price matched via messages
- Go to Messages from your account.
- Tap the Contact button in the support team section.
- Type “price match” in the chat.
- Click the paperclip button in the bottom left of the chat to add your screenshot.
- We’ll send you a promo code to match the price that you can enter at checkout.
