There are a few fees that you may encounter as a Dutch member. These help ensure the safety of your pet and enable us to provide fast access to vet care for all pets in need. Here’s what you can expect:
Pharmacy fee
The $5 pharmacy processing fee helps cover regulatory, compliance, and administrative costs associated with safely filling orders.
Prescription transfer fee
If we don’t carry a prescription your pet needs, there’s no fee to transfer the prescription to another pharmacy. However, if we do carry the prescription, there’s a $5 fee to transfer the prescription. This is due to the time it takes for our team to get the transfer verified and approved at the other pharmacy.
Same-day cancellation fee and no-show fee
There’s a $25 fee for appointments canceled with less than 24-hour notice and no-shows, just as you’d find at a local vet clinic. This helps ensure that appointments are available for pets in need.
